  Hi there,

  Can you tell me a bit more about the trouble you are having? You are trying to purchase an upgrade, but are not able to complete the transaction? Are you using a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or paying with funds from your PayPal account?

  If you try to pay do you see an error message of some kind? If so can you let us know what it says? Thanks for the additional info!
