Paying to get website back

    I need to get my website back up. Clearly I have not paid – though I don’t remember getting an email.

    Hi there,

    Our records show that your domain gail-louw.com expired and it’s now in redemption.

    However, the good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.

    A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

    For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

    If we are unable to recover your domain, your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.
