To what email address are you referring?
If you’re trying to add an email @genadvis.com in the contact info for the domain, you can’t do that. The admin contact email address for a domain cannot itself use the domain.
For a start, until the domain is actually registered, it’s completely impossible for that email address to exist already, which means you won’t be able to verify that email address to complete the domain registration.
On top of that, the admin contact email is where we send you notices should there be a problem with a domain. If that email itself was tied to the domain, you might not be able to receive these emails in the event that the domain was not working for some reason at the time.
As you now own that domain you’re welcome to create such an email address using one of the methods in the support page provided above, but you won’t be able to set that address as the admin contact for the domain registration.
