  I am designing a website for a charity. We are thinking about upgrading to a paid plan. The payment would have to be made by the Treasurer, not by me. How do I arrange this?

  Hi,

  So the easiest way to do this would be to set up an administrator account for someone from the charity:

  https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/

  Then that person can purchase the plan for the site and will be able to renew it when it expires without assistance from you.
