    I have been paying for a business account and it does not show up in my profile. I have paid for the last 4 months but when I try to create a site it, it reminds me that I need to check out.

    Hi there!

    I don’t see any WordPress.com sites or payments made from this account. This means you have a different WordPress.com account that owns the site/subscription. Can you share the link to your site so that we can take a look?

    You can also use the transaction ID from your credit card statement to get access to the correct account if you’re having trouble logging into the account that owns the site.
