  I keep getting emails that my payment cannot be processed but when I click on the button to manage my account a screen pops up that says I have no websites. Can someone please help me with this. I’d like to sort out the problem and pay but I don’t know how. Thank you.

  The answer is very simple: you are logged in to the wrong account. You are logged in as arelenedketih as that site is connected to the account arlenedoyle – https://wordpress.com/forums/users/arlenedoyle/

  So log out from current and log in again as arlenedoyle.
