We received an email stating our payment did not go through for our business plan. How do I make a payment to ensure our blog is not cancelled.

The Business plan is owned by a different account (not shopwildmoonlena). If you log in as that user, they can renew your Business plan through the dashboard at Store > My Upgrades.
