    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. I checked the logs on our end and found that we aren’t blocking or rejecting the payments from our side. Your card issuer/bank is declining the payments for some reason.

    Please contact them to find out why they may be blocking the payments. It’s possible they are blocking it as a security measure (as you may not have used the card on WordPress.com). Please ask them to allow the payment to WordPress.com and then try again.
