I would like to know when my payment is due for the Yokota Travel site? Is there a place on this page where it shows my billing history and upcoming payments?

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You may need to log into that second account in order to see the billing history.

We went through this last year at this time, as well and the initial owner changed everything over to this account. We are a military community, so the editor is always changing. We really need our billing to go throught his account. How can I get this changed. I do see the past two years of billing information, but I need the new bill for renewal. What can be done? I have no contact with the initial owner because she is a military family that has since moved.

It looks like you were able to get this renewed.
Were you able to take control of the WordPress.com user account that owns the upgrade so that you won’t run into this issue again next year?
