    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble! I looked at your account logs and noticed that your card issuer is declining the payment attempts to us. That means we aren’t blocking your ability to pay us, your card issuer/bank is.

    Please contact them to find out more about the issues. You may need to ask them to allow the payment to WordPress.com so that they don’t block your payment attempts to WordPress.com.
