  I paid the upgrade plan. However, I still cannot customize my theme. There is no billing history in my account, but I say a pending payment from wordpress on my credit card. what should do?

  Hi @playwithtkids, I can see you have a personal plan which supports basic customization. What changes did you have in mind? Maybe we can point you in the right direction.
