    Today I have made a payment for a Personal subscription of $48 for a year. I have received payment confirmation from the Bank. But it is not yet reflected on the purchase page. Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Can you confirm the URL of the site whereby the plan was purchased please?

    The reason being is that I can’t see a purchase has been made.
