  I want to pay 2.99 dlls because I want this plan, but when I fill all my information, says that Need to pay 1 year, I thought that the payment was per month.

  All WordPress.com upgrades are billed yearly. There is no monthly payment option at this time. The monthly prices are shown for comparison purposes.
