  Hello,
  I paid for the personal plan 48$. I needed just 1 site. something went wrong and I paid twice 48$. I requested a refund. Now everything is messed up and want to understand. what is the refund amount and what I paid? What is my subscription plan? I still can not set up my website. Please help to set up my website from scratch or refund all my money and I will choose other website builder.

  You canceled and refunded both.

  The first was sent on November 1, and the second sent on November 3.
