  I want to subscribe to Personal Plan. Can I make a payment by Western Union ? OpenClassroom a MOOC Society accepts this type of payment. And you ?

  We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payments directly via PayPal. But we do not accept any form or transfer order for payment.

  Western Union can make a transfer to a bank account. Can I use it ?
  Because I haven’t any other form of payment even this one.

  You cannot use any form of direct transfer, as I said above. The only payment options available are the ones listed in the support document I linked for you.
