Hi I wanted to upload my own theme but I cant do it without your business plan which is £84 which is more money than I have is there anyway to pay monthly or be able to upload my theme without it?

The Premium plan is £84 and doesn’t enable you to use your own themes. The Business plan is £240 (or £399 for two years). There are no monthly plans at WordPress.com. If a particular theme is a dealbreaker for you then before you get too far along setting up a site here then perhaps you could find something more in your price range if you found another host and used the WordPress.org software?
