  Hello, I’d like to cancel my automatic renewal.
  I have never used WordPress and have no membership.
  However, the cost has been paid by credit card every year since 2017.
  I want to solve this problem, but I can’t find out where to contact.

  Please teach me the way.

  I don’t have a WordPress site.
  But I recently found out that payment is being made on my card every year.
  To solve this problem, I signed up as a member today.

  Since I’ve never used WordPress before, it doesn’t help me how to cancel the automatic renewal on my homepage.

  Please look if the receipt you have is from WordPress.com and if so, enter the information in the secure website at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com which will also let you contact the billing team directly. Do not post the information here in our public and quickly indexed by search engines forum.

  If the charge is not from WordPress.com, you’ll need to contact the correct vendor directly.

  Surely that “homepage” was hosted somewhere on the web?

  There is no way to confirm that.
  I’ve never made a homepage before, but I’m not sure why it’s paid on this card every year.

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here was created four hours ago, only minutes before you started this forum thread, and has never bought anything from us, nor do we have any credit card details on file for this account.

  If the charge is from WordPress.com, it will very prominently say WORDPRESS in the description column of your credit card statement, followed by a unique code and our billing support voicemail number. If you don’t see that, then the charge wasn’t from us.

  If it does say that, but you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
