    Hallo,
    I was going to make my account by WordPress and at the end of the sign up my payment didn’t work. It said that there was an error. So then I gave up. But now as I see on my credit card records the money has been delivered. So I would please like to have my money back.

    The only payment I’m seeing from the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from was made on Nov 1, 2019 and a refund was processed that same day. Is this the payment that you are referring to? Or do you have another WordPress.com site or user account?
