  I don’t understand what I was charged for when all my websites say “free”. Why was I charged $99?

  Hi there,

  You have owned a Premium Plan upgrade for the site, ampdigitalbrandstudio.wordpress.com, since July 2016. The payment on 23 May was for the annual renewal of that plan. We sent you an email to warn that the renewal was approaching on 23 April.

  I see you cancelled that plan on 2 June, and we have issued a full refund. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
