  A payment was taken for £11 on 11/05/20 with reference [redacted by staff] and we have no record of what this is for. Please can you attach a copy of the invoice

  Please note that this upgrade is owned by a different account than the one you are currently using to contact us.

  If you no longer need that upgrade let us know so we can cancel it.

  Also, if you want to access that other account but you don’t remember the password, we can help you recover access to it.
