I have made another account under the name traversinghistory. I cancelled the account payment in this and was advised I would receive a full refund. Now when I try to log in it is saying the account does not exist? I set it up with the same email I use for this account I am on now. Please can you confirm the payment had been properly cancelled and refunded?

I’m not seeing any username or website with the title “traversinghistory”. Could you share the URL of the site you would like to have refunded? That would help us track it down.

It actually isn’t possible to have two WordPress.com user accounts with the same email address. Could you have perhaps set up a website using the open source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but with another webhost?
