payment and lack of response

  credit cards are not going through, accepted elsewhere, and I can’t get a response from you

  No wonder. Give us more information: who are you, what is your specific issue, what did you pay for, what does it say on your dashboard Upgrades page, and what kind of credit card (not the number).

  As it says the blog is santa says.org, my e-mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff), which you have, my name is carl, trying to renew for one year no upgrades, 2 mastercards and 1 discover which are acce-ted elsewhere on the web, Carl Anderson ps tried contacting u for several hrs. yesterday

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and associated email address that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades to renew any upgrades.

  Below are the only accepted means of payment.

  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

  If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country or pay in Bitcoin.

  In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.

  The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.
