Payment BACS

    Dear Mr/Ms,

    We have received 2 paid orders via Woocommerce using direct bank transfer. However, it says that these orders are still on hold. We have entered the data correctly, but the paid amount is still on hold. BACS does not transfer the amount to us.

    What is going wrong here?

    Please let me know.
