Hello. I tried to upgrade from free to premium plan but payment is being blocked.

Hi there,
In the notice on your dashboard saying purchases are blocked is a Contact Us link. Please click that to submit a support ticket to our billing support team, and they will follow up with you via email.
We cannot help with blocked purchases in the support forums, so I’m closing this thread.
