Payment but no upgrade

    After serveral rejects of my debit card security CCV, process got interrupted but payment got deduction already in my card, but it’s not being recognized in my dashboard.
    Please help by upgrading or refunding. Thank you,

    Hi there,

    Your credit card has been declined several times, so it was never charged. You can see that on your Billing History page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Your card was declined, maybe because your ban blocked the transaction. This
    can happen even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com and also make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
