Payment came out of account – don’t know what wordpress account it is from.

I hope someone can help me. I’ve had a payment come from my bank account – I wasn’t aware I was still signed up and can’t track down what WordPress account it was done through so have no way of logging in and canceling. How do I get in touch with a customer service officer to have this payment canceled? Thanks.
