  Your account has never purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, and we don’t have any of your payment details stored in our system.

  The site you specified, http://apesilyon.wordpress.com/, does have a Premium Plan attached to it that was bought using a different username account, hcjehg. You will need to log in as that username to cancel automatic renewal of the plan via the Purchases page, and to completely remove saved payment info via the Billing History page:
