Payment card update & logging in

    I used to have someone that took care of my website updates, but it’s been awhile since I’ve logged in.
    The last time I used the password she set up for me, it didn’t allow me to login successfully.
    I do have a new expiry date on the credit card used for renewing my WordPress account, but when I follow the link, it doesn’t allow me to login.

    I believe I need to create a new login & password in order to update the payment information.
    Please let me know the best way to go about this.

    What is the domain/URL of the site you’re trying to access? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here was created only a few hours ago, and own no sites or upgrades on WordPress.com.
