  Hello , I am trying to upgrade my account to premium but the transaction keeps being declined. It is a french debit visa card and belongs to my wife ! can you help me out here?

  Hi! Your account on this side seems okay, but your bank may be blocking it because it’s an internet purchase, or a purchase for services. My card company does that too sometimes, and I just have to let them know my purchase is intentional.

  Can you reach out to them directly?
