Payment Declined

I have added a payment method, but when I was processing the transaction, it was declined and asked me to try another card. I have contacted my bank, they said my card was fine. Please check may purchasing process. Thank you

Hello there,
I can’t see that a payment has been completed on this account.
Also, I notice that there’s no hindrances on the account that would stop a purchase from completing.
I would advise contacting the bank again to make sure the card is functioning ok.
