Hi I would like to pay for a premium account . The system does not accept my card payment even though there is credit on the card. Im from South Africa . I would please like to know how to make a payment in the simplest way possible please

Hi there,
The payment is being declined when we try to charge your card, so the problem is on your bank’s end. Please contact them for more information on why they’re declining the charge. It’s possible the card needs to be enabled for online and/or international purchases first, as our system charges in USD, not South African Rand.
