Payment declined from SBI Debit card while trying to upgrade.

    Hi, I was trying to upgrade my website and faced a technical issue while paying through my visa debit card. I tried using PayPal, but it kept redirecting me to the checkout page with no way to complete the transaction. Please suggest to me a way to make the payment.

    Hi there,

    Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.

    As for PayPal, you should be redirected to PayPal’s checkout page. Is this happening or you’re seeing a different page?
