Payment declines

My payment, for an upgrade to premium e-commerce, was declined and was told that WordPress deserves the right to limit accounts. I believe that it is not fair, and at least I deserve an explanation to why it was declined

Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
