    Hello my Payment is disable. I cant buy a plan. Can you help me please ?

    Because payment blocks involve sensitive financial security, the most effective way to resolve this is to use the Help icon in the bottom right of your dashboard to start a live chat with a Happiness Engineer. If the payment is being declined immediately, it’s often because the billing address entered does not perfectly match the records for your credit card, or your bank is blocking an international transaction to WordPress.com (which is based in the USA). You should also check if there is an unverified email address on your account; for security reasons, WordPress.com sometimes disables purchases until the account owner confirms their email via the activation link sent when the account was first created.

    Our Billing Support team already contacted you about 6 days ago via email with the subject line: “Payment inquiry for http://medipures-bfeua.wordpress.com”. Please check your inbox (and spam or junk folder just in case) and reply directly to that message so they can continue assisting you.

    If you can’t find the email, you can also reach them directly at billingsupport@wordpress.com, or use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    They’ll be able to help you get payments enabled again.
