payment error

When I try to upgrade my account, in payment section it says’ There was a problem completing the checkout. Please try again’. and sending your puchase button is disabled. All informations are correctly filled. What can be the problem?

I checked under your account and did not see any transaction errors. Were you trying to pay for an upgrade from the account you are contacting us from?
If so, let me know what upgrade you were trying to purchase and I can look further into this issue.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, I was having a problem with firewall when trying to pay. I understand that but now I couldnt update my account to “Personal Plan” with Custom Domain Name. I click the upgrade button and only the “annual subscription” is added to cart, there is no custom domain name. Only I can do that with premium plan but I dont want to premium plan.

The personal plan comes with custom domain upgrade. After you purchase the personal plan, you’ll be able to use the domain credit to register and map your domain.
