Payment Failure

    So I decided to finally upgrade my plan, and benefit from the Black Friday discount, but my payment was declined with error: AXLZNE and after that the purchases have been disabled.

    As I understand (from forums online) this happens when a person uses different card numbers.
    I only changed the card number once. The first one was a disposable card, and it was declined citing a merchant error that it can’t be used for recurring payments – fair enough, though I was buying the annual plan so technically the same card wasn’t to be charged again any time soon.

    I then used a regular card – which then was declined with the above error. I tried contacting the support using the ‘error report’ link given but it wasn’t of any help either.

    Wonder if anyone had similar issue. I don’t want to use the free plan because I want an add free experience and register a domain — and had already worked quite a lot on my blog, so would want to avoid exporting everything on a new platform.
