payment failure

  Following reminders from the site, I have been trying to make a payment, but my attempts fail, with the message ‘This transaction cannot be processed due to an unsupported currency’ appearing (I am using Amex to pay in GBP). What should I do?

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! We’re not able to accept Amex payments in currencies other than US dollars, so I just emailed you a link to a payment form where you can make that renewal payment in USD with your Amex. (Please let me know if you don’t receive that email from me.)

  Alternately, if you have a different credit card or a PayPal account you can complete the renewal payment as usual in GBP. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
