Payment for a site I no longer use

    Hello, I was charged $66 for a site that I no longer use. Can you please help cancel the current payment and future payments?

    Hi there,

    We don’t have any upgrades on WordPress.com that cost $66 (assuming it’s USD), and the account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us – we don’t even have a credit card on file for your account.

    If this renewal is for a WordPress.com upgrade it will show WORDPRESS, followed by an eight or ten-character code, and a US phone number in the description column on your bank statement.

    Please don’t post any of that info here. Just confirm whether you see such a code.

    If you don’t, then the charge is likely not from us.
