Payment for Domain registration

  I am from India, I tried to pay $18 through credit card and it declined. When I am trying to pay with paypal, it is re-directing to the credit card payment option again. Kindly advice.

  Hi there – this transaction is being blocked by the financial institution that issued your credit card. Please contact them directly to find out why and ask if they can let the transaction through.
