  I am not able to use my credit card to buy plan. It says transaction declined. Used Amex and HDFC cards. Is it a international Transaction?

  Hi there,

  Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
