payment for purchasing domain name

    I provided credit card details and filled out form to upgrade domain name so “wordpress” does not appear in address and clicked on “register domain” but received no confirmation. I checked the site’s email and again, nothing. I noticed there was no lock showing site was secure when I entered cc details although I accessed payment directly through my blog’s wordpress store. Also, where will I read answers by the support community? Hopefully on my email as I wouldn’t know where else to look. Thank you for any help you can provide.
