Payment for the Premium Package

    I’ve purchased the Premium plan earlier today (8th June 2018, 3.50pm) using my PayPal account with my debit card linked to it. After progressing through the checkout process, I was brought back to the page which I was before purchasing. I’ve yet to see any billing history nor purchases done from my ‘Manage Purchases’ tab. Therefore, I would like to know whether my purchase was successful? If it was indeed successful, then how long would it take to show up on my ‘Manage Purchases’ tab? Please do respond as soon as possible, thank you!

    I don’t see any upgrades in your account, but I do see several failed payment attempts for a premium plan purchase. It appears the payments are getting blocked on your bank’s end, so none of your purchases succeeded.

    It looks like a few of the payment attempts were directly by card, rather than via PayPal, so it’s most likely your bank blocking this. Please contact them for more help with that – usually this means the card is not authorized for international payments.
