Payment if i´m not owner of the rate

Hello, my subscription will be cancled, because I have to add a new credit-card , but that does not work, either does Paypal, because I didn´t start the Blog http://www.paulapumpernickel.com. Could you please tell me, how to fill in the payment details and add another,new credit card, if I´m not the owner of the rate? I want to keep this subscription, but before I started to write for the site, there were two other people working there, who are still registered. How can I renew/extend the subscription?

Hi there,
Only the user who owns the upgrades, paulapumpernickel, can renew them. If you are now responsible for renewing the upgrades, that user needs to transfer them to you.
First, they need to transfer the domain following the instructions here:
Transfer a Domain to Another WordPress.com Account
Once they’ve done that they can transfer the site and other upgrades to you via the instructions here:
Transferring a Site to Another WordPress.com Account
Or if they don’t want to transfer the entire site, but only the Premium Plan, ask them to post here and I can move the plan for you.

Thank you very much! I hope, they still know their passwords, because they don´t work for “Paula” anymore…
Is it possible to apply for a postponement here? Or can you take a note somewhere, that i really need to keep the subscription? I received e-mails from your help@… but noone answers there. -
If the owner no longer remembers her login details, please ask her to follow our account recovery steps, here:
If she submits that form with the required information, we should be able to help her regain access.
The upgrades on the site won’t expire until 2 August, so there is still time to sort this out :)
