    Good morning –

    We processed a $66 refund on September 4th 2019. Typically these take about ten days to reach you. Is this the refund you’ve inquired about?

    I’d suggest asking your bank when they’ll be releasing the funds in to your account. Each one has unique processing times. There are some that hold on to the money for 1-2 billing cycles even.
