I already paid for a year and on my computer, but I accidentally logged out and now it says I still need to pay but the money went out of my account so could you maybe cancel the purchase and i can retry?

Hi @naturellaslife, I don’t see the purchase on this end. Our logs say the card was declined. Can you double check with your bank to see what happened?
