I’m having problems upgrading and I need urgent help…..payment is complete from my side but doesn’t seem to have reflected on WordPress site and I can’t see where to contact the support team directly.

Thanks for adding that info. Please be patient for Staff to reply. Things do tend to be slower on the weekend.
In the meantime, have you tried logging out of WPcom and clearing your browser’s cache and cookies (which will also log you out of any other site you are logged in on) or signing in from a different browser altogether or a private browser window? You’ll see the purchase at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

Hi there,
Please reply to the email you received from our billing support team on the ticket you opened there for help with this. From what I can see, the last payment attempt on your account failed due to an invalid CVV code.
I’ve replied to you in your own thread. Please don’t post into threads created by other people for account or billing-related issues.
