  Is there any way to do payment plans instead of having to pay the whole $99 all at once? I’m on a limited income.

  No, there is not.

  MOST blogs don’t need everything in the $99 bundle either. Like, how many videos are you really going to upload? And if you want in to the Word Ads program, buying the No Ads upgrade is counterproductive. What do you actually need? For most professional blogs I suggest a custom domain and No Ads and that’s basically it. If you’re a gifted designer, which most people are not, Custom Design is good.
