  Am looking to start a new subscription plan here in WordPress. Would I be able to pay for my new site with a pre-paid Gift Card from MasterCard or Visa?

  Prepaid cards from those credit card companies should work for purchases on WordPress.com, yes. Just make sure the card you purchase allows online and, if you’re not based in the US, international payments as well.
