payment not being recognised on WordPress

    Good morning,I upgraded our wordpress package with you on the 25th June and made payment on the 25th June at 9:15am. I have the payment reference as well as the company it was paid to (WPCHG), however on logging in yesterday, there is no record of payment being made on your site. Please help, as I am unable to find anywhere on WordPress to call someone

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I’ve found my confirmation email for the payment that was made but it is still not recognising it on wordpress. I upgraded to the business plan which has cost me £288 but wordpress have not recognised the payment and updated on their website

    WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. The problem you are having is probably due to the fact you are logged in to the wrong account.

    As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning the paid plan – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

    Its so frustrating that they dont have phone support. Especially with them being such a large company :(

    I am logging in with the confirmation payment email so its definately the correct account. It’s just so frustrating as WordPress have taken my money but not updated their records. Hope they get it sorted soon or will be getting Trading Standards involved.
