payment not processing

    Hi,
    I’ve tried to make payment 4 times today, the page then loads to say thank you. However I get no email receipt or charge to my card or recognition via the wordpress site.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any orders or charges for your account on our end – we don’t even have the payment method you used on file which would indicate that info never made it from your browser to our servers.

    What plan are you trying to buy? And are you trying to register a domain at the same time, or just trying to buy a plan on its own?

    Can you check if the purchase goes through if you use a different browser or internet connection?
